At Up Dog Shop, we want you and your pup to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all items in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are free of pet hair or wear.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
